Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, and how to opt out or have it deleted.
Effective 30 January 2025Last updated 15 February 2026
Who is responsible for your data
Synapse Dynamics LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States (Secretary of State filing ID 2025-001595944), principal office 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA, trading online as "Synapse Dynamix" at synapsedynamix.com. The brand is spelled with an "x" and the registered company with a "c"; both refer to the same legal entity, which is the seller of record for every order and the name that appears on your card statement.
We are an online business with customers across the world, and we are not operated from any single country. Rather than apply one country's standard and leave everyone else with less, we extend the same set of rights — set out under "Your rights" below — to every customer regardless of where you live.
For questions about your data, or to exercise any of those rights, email contact@synapsedynamix.com.
What we collect
We do not collect or store your card details. We never receive your broker password or trading credentials, and we have no access to your trading account, your funds, or your positions. A broker account number on its own gives us no ability to see or do anything on your account.
- Your email address — used to identify you, sign you in, and link your purchases to your account.
- Your name, where you provide it at checkout.
- Your purchase history — what you bought, when, and for how much.
- Your MetaTrader broker account numbers — only those you choose to add, and only to license the software to those accounts.
- Basic technical data — such as the date a licence was last verified — needed to operate the licensing system.
Why we collect it
- To deliver what you bought and give you access to it.
- To operate licensing — verifying that the software is running on a broker account you are entitled to use.
- To provide support when you contact us.
- To send you service messages about your purchases, such as important updates.
- To tell existing customers about our other products and offers — see Marketing below.
- To keep the records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Who processes your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
We use a small number of established providers to run the business. Each receives only what it needs for its function:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see them.
- Supabase — the database and sign-in system holding your account, purchases and licences.
- Resend — sending email.
- Hostinger — website and licensing server hosting.
Marketing, and how to stop it
If you have bought from us, we may email you about our other products and offers. Sending existing customers information about similar products is permitted under the data protection and marketing laws that apply to us, including the UK and EU rules on existing-customer marketing and South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act.
You can opt out at any time — reply "unsubscribe" to any message, or email contact@synapsedynamix.com. We will stop, and we will not ask you to justify it. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages about products you own.
If you have never bought from us, we will not send you marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and licence data for as long as you hold a licence with us, so that your products keep working and we can support you. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is typically five years.
Your rights
Email contact@synapsedynamix.com to exercise any of these. We will respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your account also ends your licences, and your Expert Advisors will stop being authorised to run.
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Have inaccurate information corrected.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Object to your information being used for marketing, at any time and without giving a reason.
- Ask for a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Complain to the data protection regulator in your own country — for example the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, your national supervisory authority in the EU, or the Information Regulator in South Africa.
Security
Your account is protected by a one-time sign-in link rather than a password, so there is no password of yours for us to leak. Data is encrypted in transit. Access to customer data is limited to those who need it to operate the business.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
