01EA attached but no trades yet

LIKELY CAUSE

First start is intentionally patient. The EA can remain waiting until a new market tick arrives on its symbol.

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Confirm the market is open and quotes are streaming on that exact chart.
  2. 2Verify the AutoTrading button is green and 'Allow Algo Trading' is checked in the EA dialog.
  3. 3Give the EA fresh ticks. Idle symbols (weekend, holidays) produce no evaluation.
02License or authorization rejected

LIKELY CAUSE

The running MT5 account number has not been added to your client-area broker seats, or the terminal cannot reach the license server at all.

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Sign in to the Client Area and add the exact account number (demo or live).
  2. 2Remember the three-seat limit. Free or transfer a seat if all are used.
  3. 3Check Tools → Options → Expert Advisors: the WebRequest allow-list must contain https://synapselicensing.com (next fix).
  4. 4Re-attach the EA after the seat is saved.
03License validation cannot connect / WebRequest blocked

LIKELY CAUSE

MetaTrader 5 blocks every EA web request by default. Until the license URL sits on the terminal's allow-list, validation never reaches the server, even with a valid seat.

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors in your MT5 terminal.
  2. 2Tick "Allow WebRequest for listed URL", then add: https://synapselicensing.com. Exact spelling, https, no trailing slash.
  3. 3Press OK, then remove and re-attach the EA on each chart so it revalidates.
  4. 4After any terminal reinstall or broker update, re-check this list. It does not always survive a fresh profile.
04Invalid symbol / cannot find market

LIKELY CAUSE

Broker symbol naming does not resolve to the canonical supported market (for example a suffix the EA cannot map).

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Compare Market Watch names with the canonical list in the helper above.
  2. 2Confirm broker contract specs before relying on the installation.
  3. 3If the mapping is unclear, contact support before trading on it.
05EA missing or idle after terminal restart

LIKELY CAUSE

Algo Trading re-arms conservatively after a restart, and charts may reload without the EA re-enabled.

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Re-check the AutoTrading button state after every terminal restart.
  2. 2Confirm the EA is still attached to each of the six (or six Deriv) charts.
  3. 3Re-attach from the Navigator if the chart loaded without it.
06Orders rejected by the broker

LIKELY CAUSE

Contract specification mismatch. Minimum lot, margin mode or symbol specs differ from what the strategy leg expects.

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Open the symbol specification dialog and verify contract size and lot step.
  2. 2Confirm your account's margin mode supports the EA's order style.
  3. 3Contact support with the broker name and symbol before continuing.
07Update not visible in the terminal

LIKELY CAUSE

Supported AgroAlgo runtime bundles use signed update controls delivered through the client area.

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Sign in to the client area and pull the current client file.
  2. 2Replace the old file and reload the EA on each chart.
  3. 3Availability and entitlement are separate facts. Check both.
08Live behavior differs from the backtest graphs

LIKELY CAUSE

All published graphs are historical MT5 backtests. A different broker, spread, commission, tick stream or execution path can change live outcomes.

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Treat backtests as research evidence, not a live performance feed.
  2. 2Compare your broker conditions with the stated test context.
  3. 3Review the evidence record pages for exact scope and limits.
09Discord role missing

LIKELY CAUSE

The AgroAlgo Client role requires a linked, unblocked account that owns the Portfolio. Giveaway and Synthetics ownership do not assign it.

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Link Discord from the published link with an unblocked account.
  2. 2Verify the linked account actually owns the Portfolio.
  3. 3Role assignment is not instant. Allow the link to process.
10Nature Theory invite not arriving

LIKELY CAUSE

Grants are manual. The submitted username may not match a TradingView account, or the grant is still in queue.

APPLY IN ORDER

  1. 1Re-verify the exact TradingView username you submitted.
  2. 2Confirm proof of purchase reached the support channel.
  3. 3No fixed response-time guarantee is published. Allow handling time.
